Orders and Returns


Because of the wide range of colours and sizes and because of the bespoke nature of our products, customers will be informed when they order whether the product is in stock
(allow 1 week for delivery) or whether the product needs to be made to the customers specifications (in which case allow 4 – 6 weeks for delivery).



It should be noted that colours seen online can vary slightly depending on the equipment being used. We have a Mayfair Showroom where we have a selection of products and samples for customers to try on and view the colour ranges.

It should also be noted that the fur trim on the capes are dyed individually by hand. This can result in very marginal differences in the colour of the fur from that illustrated.



There is unfortunately an increasing trend in e commerce of people purchasing expensive apparel products, wearing it once for a special occasion, and then returning the product.

For this reason our returns policy is as follows:

1). Products purchased can be returned and exchanged for a different colour, a different size or an alternative product. This must take place within 10 days of receipt.
2). As our prices are extremely competitive for the high quality of the product, the cost of returning the product must be paid for by the client.
3). Any product returned must have the original labels affixed to it in the same manner as on receipt by the customer.
4). Any special packaging included with the product, for example a carrier bag, must be returned in good condition.
5). All our products are individually inspected before shipment. If a product arrives damaged we ask the client to take a photo of the state of the packaging for us to be able to make an insurance claim.
6).For people living in or near London we recommend a personal visit, by appointment, to our small showroom round the corner from Bond Street tube station.
